The art and science of accurately determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional position of points above, on, or below the surface of the Earth, as well as the distances and angles between them, in order to depict them in a useful manner or to establish the position of points and/or details, is known as surveying, or simply surveying.
The price of a land survey in the Philippines is determined by the size of the project and the specifics of the property. In the Philippines, however, the cost of a land survey typically ranges from PHP 7,000 to PHP 10,000.
Relocation Survey

Consolidation Survey
What are Consolidation Surveys and its Purpose?
It is a re-mapping of two or more adjacent lots or parcels of land, combining them into one larger parcel. Once the survey work is completed, a map that indicates the new combined parcel of land will be reflected on the approved consolidation survey plan and marks the new legal boundary for the consolidated piece of land.

Original Survey
What are Original Surveys and its Purpose?
It is a survey of existing property lines made when the surveyor has not found a map or other document of the subject property, such as approved plans and lot status which represents a previous surveyor's professional work. Basically, there is no Original Certificate of Title (OCT)

Subdivision Survey
What are Subdivision Surveys and its Purpose?

Subdivision Survey is the process of splitting a tract of land into smaller parcels.
-
Number and size of smaller land parcels will be determined by the owner, Geodetic Engineer or the designer.
What are the Requirements for Subdivision Survey?

What will Clients get after Subdivision Survey?
Step 1

Note: After subdividing the land into smaller parcels, processing of documents will follow for the Subdivision Plan to be approved by DENR – Regional Office.
Step 2
TITLED LOT – clients need to submit Deed of Conveyance
UNTITLED LOT – clients need to submit the following for Survey Authority Approval:

Step 3
Upon Approval of Subdivision Plan
Clients will receive the following documents which is one of the requirements for land title application.

It is a survey of property lines made when the surveyor has found a prior survey of the subject property. After evaluation of the prior survey, within the context of field and record information, where errors are found and verified, a Resurvey will be done.
